Published in Eugene, Oregon by Ralf Dog Grafix in 1977, this is copy 540 of a limited edition of 1,000 copies, signed by Paul Andrew Ollswang on the limitation page. The book combines a celebrated early English “mad song” with distinctive monochrome illustration and hand-lettered design.
