All orders are dispatched from our Porirua store in Wellington New ZealandÂ
Fast & Reliable Dispatch
Orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days to most New Zealand locations. Rural deliveries may take longer due to route constraints. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays ship on the next working day.

 Shipping Costs
- Urban addresses: $7 per order
- Rural addresses: $12 per order
Courier Services and Tracking
We use trusted courier partners—Aramex and NZ Post—for secure, tracked delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. This lets you monitor your package, arrange redelivery, or authorize delivery without a signature.

International Shipping
International shipping is available, with rates calculated at checkout. For Australia or worldwide destinations, please check at checkout for current charges.Â
Delivery Restrictions
- We ship only to physical addresses in New Zealand and internationally
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarding companies
- Orders listed to prohibited addresses may be cancelled
Rural Deliveries
Rural shipments may experience delays beyond normal courier timeframes. We appreciate your patience and do everything possible to get your package to you swiftly.
