Little Dorrit by Charles Dickens, illustrated by Phiz.
A handsome vintage Odhams Press edition from the circa-1930 Dickens series, bound in brown cloth made to resemble leather with gilt spine lettering. The title page reads “Odhams Press Limited, Long Acre, London, W.C.2” and identifies the illustrations as by Phiz.
This edition forms part of Odhams Press’s 16-volume Dickens set from around 1930. Contemporary descriptions of the set note the matching brown faux-leather cloth bindings, gilt lettering and illustrated contents.
