Eyebody: The Art of Integrating Eye, Brain and Body by Peter Grunwald
$35.00
Peter Grunwald presents his Eyebody approach to the relationship between visual habits, posture and body awareness, drawing on his experience with the Alexander Technique. This revised and updated edition introduces the author's ideas about coordinating eye, brain and body. The book describes his method and personal perspective; its claims about eyesight should not be treated as a substitute for professional eye care.
